Cardio to start off your day

Today I thought that cardio would be a great way to start my day, and I was correct! I did a Insanity video by Shawn T called Pure Cardio then I did did the stair master for 45 minutes. I felt amazing afterwords and it made my day a very energized one!

Before I started working out I first had two egg whites and a bowl of oatmeal with strawberry’s. This meal gave me the fuel to be able to work out so hard just like I know you all can! After my workout I had a strawberry banana protein smoothie.

Ingredients:

1 cup of ice

1 banana

5 strawberries

1 cup almond milk

1 tablespoon natural peanut butter

1 scoop of protein

Once you are done working out making sure you fuel your body with the right foods is very important! PROTEIN PROTEIN PROTEIN!
